Why You Should Stop Exercising
If you clicked on this article, it means one of two things: you are looking for an excuse to put a pause on your current exercise routine, or you’re simply curious as to what in the world I could be talking about.
Well, I’ve got good news for you. With trial and error over the past few years, I had learned when my exercise regimen was abusive to my physical and mental state and when I needed to take a rest day or switch things up.
I have never been able to take any advice to heart unless it’s from someone who inspires me or learned from personal mistakes. So, I’m about to reflect on numerous personal stories that have taught me over the past couple of years, hoping they would enlighten someone else along the way.
